New Clients: A Consultation is Required Before Booking. (Don’t worry, it’s free!)
To ensure that we provide you with the best care and personalized service, all new clients must schedule a consultation before booking a regular appointment, even if you have previously had electrolysis. This allows us to understand your needs, answer your questions, and create a tailored plan just for you.
Appointment Policies
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Appointments must be cancelled/rescheduled with a minimum of 24-hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge of 50% of the service cost.
Late Policy
Please don’t be late for your appointments. Being late may result in rescheduling and you will be charged for the full appointment time.
If you don’t call and don’t show up, your card will be charged 100% the service cost.
Sickness
If you or anyone in your home are feeling sick and/or have any cold, flu, or covid symptoms, we ask that you reschedule your appointment.
Other
*Every appointment includes prep and cleanup time of 10 minutes.
